Add more than one vendor with similar name, with one inactive :# > Click New - Vendor > Enter a new vendor with the word 'Book' in the name > Enter a vendor type (i.e. Ebooks) > Click Save > Click New - Vendor > Enter a new vendor with the word 'Book' in the name > In 'Ordering information', click Inactive > Click Save
Add baskets to the vendors : Go to Acquisitions > Search for vendors > Click New - Basket > Enter a basket name > Create items when : cataloging the record (to ease adding orders) > Click Save > Click Add to basket > From new (empty) record > Enter a title, quantity, fund, price > Click Save
